Fun, in Catherine Price's opinion, is a feeling rather than an activity. Catherine Price also mentioned that true fun produces a visceral sense of lightness and joy. Her speech touched me and gave me great knowledge about how interesting life is with the existence of fun, which made me like to hear more about the talk. Lessons I've learned from it was, true fun can be created through three factors, which is playfulness, connection and flow. It would impact me by realising that when we have fun, we feel more relaxed and socially connected to others.
